Helen, the LDWA Anytime Anywhere group does an Anytime Challenge every month - see the Events diary in "Strider" or online. They regularly come to the North West, with the Anglezarke Anguish, Trespass Trail and Tameside Trail all lined up over the next few months.

Pop in the maximum distance you want to do on the Long Distance Paths Information section on this site and it all comes up for you. Just select what you fancy based on the available information.

It's that time of year when I start dreaming up lists of things to do next year, which naturally include various shapes and descriptions of walks. I like the idea of doing some "Anytime Challenge" walks, but don't quite know where to look for information about them (e.g locality, route description, who to contact and so on.)

Is this information available on the web-site anywhere, and if so how what's the best way of accessing it?

Thanks, Helen.
