Before we become inundated with copies of old Hundred results, my understanding is that we do have all the results on file.

Excellent, Garfield!

Might I also suggest then that a request be put out for anyone who has early results/details to make themselves [and the years] known to the LDWA sooner rather than later - we're not getting any younger!

A 100's database is on it's way! This will hold the names of entrants, finishers and route data. Working backwards from 2007 we hope to gradually back-fill from the earlier years. I dare say we will have spreadsheet data from recent years, but things will get murky and interesting the further back we go! All manner of statistics and information will then be available. Should be a wonderful resource once finished. Garfield

Now that sounds like a very good idea. How about a "100s archive"? Should provide hours of nostalgic enjoyment.
Nick.

Might I suggest that organisers [or the LDWA itself] of future LDWA 100 events obtains the domain name for the 100 for a 2 year period - a year either side of the event. That would allow plenty of time either side of the event for news/info and results to be available.

An org.uk or co.uk domain name only costs c£6 for 2 years and may be pointed to wherever the actual website is hosted.

It might also be worth considering putting past results of the 100s on the main LDWA website once the domain has expired.
