Here's my current plan
Lancashire Way Southern Loop
Leeds and Liverpool Canal
Leigh to Stockton Heath - route 'borrowed' from Adam Dawson who did the LEJOG.
Delamere Way
Sandstone Trail

Here's the overall Jogle map

Hi everyone. I'm about to set off on a Jogle attempt for charity. In planning the route I have done my best to join national trails but am struggling to find a best route for getting from Preston to Frodsham. My route includes the Sandstone Trail and Offa's Dyke so anything that leads in that direction would be fine. I appreciate that there are various tow paths available and it may well end up being my best option. They just seem to meander quite a lot! Any ideas?

For anyone interested, I am raising funds for World Land Trust. https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/stonekicking

Regards,
Adam
