Hi
I'm not sure what start time I opted for in my application.
How do I find out?
Actually. I'd like to set off at 11.00am if my train connections work out.

Your right Jeff, my plan is not on. Early cut offs far too tight for a 2pm start. It will have to be 1200 at the latest for bro and I.

Hi John
That looks good but will you be close to any chop off times for the stops.
Mine is to catch walkers up for the night time walk over cross fell and leave
plenty of time for any problems I might incur, Idea is to set off a little later as to
not get stuck in congestion at the start.

Regards Jeff

Could be mad logic but I like to do Cross fell in daylight. So thinking of a 2pm start. 11-12 hours to get to Carrigill (~40 miles).

That would mean an early AM hike to Gregory's Hut and DAWN crossing Cross Fell. I'll be very happy with 32-34 hours for the whole lot so 2pm should not leave me in danger of timing out.

Hi Jeff,
I've booked your start time at 11.00.
You can always change that later if you want.

Hi Tony
Thank you for your quick response , I was thinking of walking the 100 in about 33 to 36 hrs possibly setting off half an hour or an hour after the first set off. Hopefully catching up in the night section for some company through the night.

Would you suggest setting off an hour later?
many thanks jeff

Hi Jeff,
Starting a little later may indeed ease your passage over the first few miles.
There are several later start times on offer - 10.15,10.30.11.00,11.30,12.00,13.00,14.00.
If you want to choose one of those I can book it for you.
You are not tied down to this and can always change your mind on the day.

Hi there
I am looking to start the 100 at a later time so not to get stuck in the mass start do you envisage any benefits from starting a little later.
As many 100 s you get slowed down at a stile or a road.

Regards jeff
