That 10 minute storm felt like longer than 10 minutes when we were walking in it Phil!
Once again, a fantastically well organised day. Phil and his army of helpers put on a fantastic event for us. As always, the checkpoints were well stocked and welcoming and the food at the start and the finish are always the best in the calendar. The route was soggy in all the same places where it was dusty last year but nothing can detract from such a brilliant days walking - THANK YOU!

Well apart from the initial 10 minute storm at the start the rest of the day was glorious.

Well done and thank you to everyone who took part, we hope you achieved your goals, if you didn't there is always next year!

Big thanks from me to all of the volunteers who staffed the start/finish/checkpoints and did it with a smile :-)

See you all next year.

First two entries received today for the 9th Tour on September 12th so get a move on folks! Blogsite at www.wistanstowwalk.blogspot.co.uk will be updated shortly with this year's entry form, however, sef's are accepted.

Interesting fact from last year's walk; more women took part than men! :-)

Great Village Hall (the best!) lots of parking, all of the usual Marches Group hospitality.
