I walked the route earlier this year, see my blog: http://adventures-with-jj.blogspot.co.uk/search/label/LDWA%20Red%20Rose%20100

You should be able to locate GPX files from Viewranger by searching for 'Red Rose 100' or going to: http://my.viewranger.com/route/details/NDU3MTE=?ref=53.66109974739132|-2.5628510000000233|11

Hope this helps.

I understand that a GPX file will be available in due course from the organisers but I too would be interested in having a copy now of one that anyone may have already created.

Bill.

If you have could you possibly email it to me davidhooper@triathlonengland.org

Many thanks in advance
