Thank you Irregulars for a fantastic Marsden , the extended marathon route was excellent. All checkpoints nibbles were gratefully received and Marshalls very helpful. Only treat that was greatly missed was a cup on tea on route.

Big thanks to Frank and the other Irregulars for yesterday. A lovely way to spend my birthday! Hope my family weren't too much of a nuisance - they enjoyed it (although not quite so keen on the aches today!). Fabulous route - think this might be my favourite of all LDWA events. The moors are just brill - so empty and wild. Lovely paths which I haven't been on before. Hope to be back next year to see it all in glorious sun shine!
