Many Thanks to Geoff Saunders and the Merseystride Group for a wonderful event yesterday. I have been intending to do Open to Offas for a number of years having heard more than a few good reports about the route, scenery, food and friendliness of the Group and am pleased to have made the long journey to Cilcain this weekend. What I wasn't told was the great weather you have on this event - fab day all round especially the view of the ridge from Pothole Crags - worth the journey itself! Another "must do" classic for future years!
