Hi Peter sorry I was only allowing for mass produced cars, is your self build a Marlin Sporster or suchlike?

[b]One Flew over the cuckoo nest[b] is another great old movie that is always worth digging out once in a while.

I too went to see "Senna" last week. A bit anti Prost but a stunning film non the less. Shame it's not on general release.

John, not sure about the best ever car built in Britain. I like mine, but I'm biased..........I built it myself.

Dig out the original ITALIAN JOB the one with the best car ever produced in Britain ( I still own two ) oh yeah Michael Caine and Noel Coward are pretty good in it as well.

Perfect easy viewing that just jollies along IMO

Having last night played the DVD Casino Royale, Jane's first ever Bond movie she has watched. Neither of us had any idea what was going on, garbage - but smooth looking garbage for the younger generation (I suppose?). I want something with a proper goodie and baddie and know who's who. Too much double crossing and jumping off rooftops gives me a headache.
Now putting on The Shootist, John Wayne & Lauren Bacall, 1976. Looks more my kind of thing!!
Matt.

At this time of year there are usually a rash of mindless CGI based films around, but last night I saw the film "Senna", a documentary of Ayrton Senna's life (and death). Quite rivetting and the best film I have seen for ages. You don't have to be a petrolhead to appreciate it. A superb insight into an outstanding sportsman as well as the politics and rivalries of F1 in the 1980s.
Any other films worth seeing at the moment?
