John Sparshatt's new route covering six dales in Yorkshire is to be recommended! Westmorland and North Lancs recently sent some 'scouts' out for two days to see what it was all about. We had a very pleasant autumnal walk (before all this snow) and enjoyed good hospitality at the half way point which is Pateley Bridge. Easily done in two days with good route description and plenty of variety. Would recommend for spring or autumn in particular. Well done John on this new route, and thanks for joining us for dinner in the evening!
