With approximatell 5000ft of ascent, on tracks & paths including all of the Malvern Hills on 26ml route, & Black Hill to End Hills on 14ml route, Cradley, Oyster Hill, Ledbury, & Bromsberrow in Herefordshire on the longer route, & main ridge from British Camp c.p. after northern Malverns, Cradley, Mathon, Colwall & Evendine on the shorter one
