General Notes
The first loop of the 8 goes north over farmland before joining the River Stort, with a diversion through Sawbridgeworth and Pishiobury Park, before returning to Sheering. Pub stop at the Cock in the village (cafe in village too), leaving approx 1pm. The second loop takes green lanes before going over the old Matching airfield and through Matching Green and Matching Tye, before returning to Sheering.
Hourly bus 59 between Harlow town centre and Chelmsford stops in the village
LDWA is run entirely by volunteers and we work hard to keep costs as low as possible. But costs are always rising so to help us avoid big increases in our modest membership fee, additional donations are always welcomed. Anyone who feels that LDWA has gone the extra mile to provide exceptional service is particularly encouraged to use this facility.
