UPDATE FROM ADRIAN
Whilst the name says Brampton Valley Way, this only refers to the name of the car park. We will only be walking two short sections of the old railway line.
The car park is signposted from the road and is diagonally opposite the Windhover pub. There is a map of the location on the BBN website under News.
Lunch stop: it is hoped that there will be a pub stop but, at the moment, I am still trying to find an alternative route there, to avoid a bovine issue that is messing this up at the moment.
Distance: this will be between 14 & 17 miles, depending on whether I am successful in finding a way past the cows. Please plan for the greater distance, though it could be the lesser. I`ll know before we set off which it will be … hopefully
