Meet at Respryn Bridge CP at 8.50am (free to park for NT members with NT card, otherwise £5 charge)

Route includes Lanhydrock estate , Red Moor, Helman Tor, Saints way, Lanlivery, Restormel.

Please note that post recce, the route has in fact been shortened to 15mi

General Notes

The car park is about one mile from Bodmin Parkway station - unfortunately it seems that there are no trains arriving at Parkway before 0900. Therefore we will try and organise car shares as best we can - please contact your host beforehand via email Dogs are welcome for LDWA members only (national policy), but must be kept on a lead at all times. Guests may not bring dogs. Member's dogs must be covered by liability insurance
