Plenty of free parking at Allendale Market Square, postcode NE47 9BQ. Please park considerately. Peter Ford will lead us on this walk before the 2022 Annual General Meeting

From Allendale Market Square, heading south-east to High Scotch Hall, onto Allendale Common and the ubiquitous Stobb Cross, proceeding across Burntridge Moor to Crabtree Ford and the Rowley Burn, onto High Eshells via the Heigh, returning via Eshells Moor and Chat Lane, heading to Catton and ultimately the riverside path back to Allendale

General Notes
Plan to finish the walk at about 3:30pm, with the AGM to follow in the Kings Head, Allendale, at around 4:00pm. Gentle pace, coffee and lunch stops. Dogs permitted on leads. Ascent circa 1400 feet
