Norfolk & Suffolk LDWA as part of the LDWA 50th anniversary in 2022 have created a new challenge event with three route options; 13.5ml, 23ml, and a 31ml (50km). The 13.5-mile branches off the main route at 6.5 miles, the 23-mile route at 12.5 miles, before returning to the main route. The Rodent Wriggle is named after the way it meanders its way up the upper reaches of the River Rat. A scenic route through the Mid Suffolk countryside with 10 historic churches along the 50k route. Every year surplus funds from our challenge events are given to worthwhile causes
