Park in the long-stay car park in Winchcombe (cost £1 all day). Car-park address: - Back Lane, Winchcombe (the library is located on the same site), Cheltenham. GL54 5PZ. Toilets are available at the car park cost 20p.

This is a circular route that combines the Warden and Windrush Ways. We leave Winchcombe on the Warden Way destination Bourton-on-the-water and return to Winchcombe using the Windrush Way.

The Wardens Way provides a link between the Oxfordshire Way at Bourton-on-the-Water and the Cotswold Way National Trail at Winchcombe. Whereas its sister route, the Windrush Way, takes to the hills, the Wardens' Way winds through the villages of Lower and Upper Slaughter, Naunton and Guiting Power.

General Notes
There are toilets / refreshments at Bourton-on-Water this is approximately half-way and marks the end of the Warden Way and the start of the Windrush Way. Bring packed lunch and torch in case we are delayed (sunset 18.24hrs)
