All refunds prior to this date will incur a £3 admin fee. Entries limited to 175. NO dogs except guide dogs. Route description/GPX files will be posted on the Essex and Herts website 7-10 days before the start date. LDWA £12, non-LDWA £15 costs include refreshments at the start, snacks and drinks at CPs, a meal at the finish and a certificate to all finishers. Please bring a mug, as none will not be available at CPs
