You and your family are invited to take part in a family treasure hunt around the grounds of Shibden Park

General Notes
There are 2 options, a 4 mile treasure hunt, and for those more adventurous there is a 9 mile treasure hunt. Everybody is welcome to take part and have fun in celebrating the 50th anniversary of the LDWA. This event is free, all we ask is for as many members and families to take part. There is plenty of car parking and at the finish there is a great cafe serving hot and cold meals, sandwiches, teas, coffees and soft drinks. LDWA Walks

The LDWA organises many challenge events and local group social walks, as well as listing many more organised by other organisations. Challenge events are normally between 20 and 100 miles and must generally be completed within a defined time limit. Social walks are normally led walks of around 20 miles.
