2019 Christmas Pudding Plod - Saturday 14th December 2019
Our traditional Christmas Celebration will consist of an easy walk in the morning, including festivities, followed by a Christmas Lunch at Whalley Golf Club.
The cost of the meal is £10 for members and £15 for non-member guests.
The programme is as follows:
9.00am onwards - meet at Whalley Golf Club, Long Leese Barn, Clerk Hill Road, Clitheroe BB7 9DR. There is ample parking.
9.30am - an easy 6.5 mile walk with a stop for some Christmas “cheer”.
12 noon - return to Whalley Golf Club in time for a Christmas 3 course lunch which will begin at 1pm.
Please note that you do not have to attend the walk and if so please meet at the Golf Club at around 12.30pm in time for lunch.

Homemade Minestrone Soup and a Crispy Star Croûton
Melon Boat served with an Orange & Cherry Sail
Main Course
Julia’s Special Whalley Turkey Christmas Lunch (Served with all the trimmings)
Fresh Salmon served with a delicious Watercress & Tarragon Sauce (All served with a choice of Roast Potatoes and Vegetables)
Dessert
Christmas Pudding with lashings of Dark Rum Sauce
Millionaire’s Cheesecake
Vegetarian/Vegan options are available – please contact Neil Harwood directly. Please make sure you explain any dietary requirements or allergies when booking, as some of these products can contain Dairy/Nuts/Gluten etc.
