Event update 30/04/2021

The Marshalls' walk was held on Sunday 25/04 under clear blue skies, but with a chilly start and a strong north-easterly breeze. Eight walkers completed the route in 11 hrs 15 mins (this includes a 40 min pub stop)

First results are now in. Gerry Moore (Heart of England) has set the fastest time so far: 8 hours and 31 minutes. Well done Gerry.

Event update 14/06/2021

We are now about half-way through the challenge with seven Sundays left (free parking at the start/finish on Sundays!)  Fifteen people have successfully completed the challenge so far and feedback has been very positive.

Gerry Moore still has the quickest time, with most entrants taking between 10 and 12 hours. A full results list will be published here when the event closes on 1st August

Event update 04/07/2021

With four weeks left before the event closes there is still time to take on the route of this old LDWA event and receive recognition for your efforts. So far, 22 people have completed and most entrants have said how much they enjoyed the challenge in the National Park with its varied terrain and lovely views. Note that parking at the start is free on Sundays (and is apparently cheaper via the Ringgo app if starting on other days).

Event update 01/08/2021
