Location: Marsden Parochial Hall, adjacent to St Bartholomew’s Church. Marsden, near Huddersfield Participants should park in the railway station over-spill car park, which is free and 5 minutes walk from the event HQ; marshals will be on hand to direct you

Extended Route - The Marsden Moors now incorporates the Marsden Moors Marathon - full Marathon route. All checkpoints will remain the same as previous versions of this event, but the cut-off for the Marathon is 2pm at Brun Clough checkpoint, giving participants 3 hours to complete 8 miles. An additional 3 miles will be added from the top of the descent to the footbridge over Blakely Clough. From here a path is taken to a ford and then down to Wessenden Reservoir embankment. After Wessenden Lodge there is a climb to Hey Brinks to follow Deer Hill Conduit to a path that descends via Round Hill to the B6107, Meltham Road, to pick up the Colne Valley Circuit and footpath to the A62 to take a field path from the Olive Branch Restaurant to the Huddersfield Narrow Canal and towpath back to the start

Cost
12 pounds (entry only by SiEntries) full refund given up to one month before event. After that no refund due to administration costs.Substitutions are allowed if prior notice given to entry secretary. NO ENTRIES ON THE DAY. In the event of cancellation due to Covid-19 or Force Majeure refunds will be made minus the SiEntries administration fee
