The group AGM will be held by zoom videoconference on Sunday 10th January 2021. Details of the time, and of how to participate, will be notified on the group website, and emailed to those group members registered to receive LDWA bulk emails.
Nominations for officers (chair, secretary and treasurer) and committee members (including the names of the proposer and seconder and the nominee’s agreement to stand) and notice of any motions (including the names of the proposer and seconder), all nominees, proposers and seconders being primary members of the group, should reach me by Sunday 13th December 2020, preferably by email to tv@ldwa.org.uk.
