14 of us set off on Norman's "brisk" walk and it was fairly brisk in sections.  The mud which has blighted our walks for the last few weeks certainly slowed us down.  The only opportunity I really got to take pictures was at lunchtime - see below.

The weather was kind-ish to us until early afternoon but as we were ascending Burnt Hill and walking over towards Harry Hut the hailstones came down in force, together with lightning and thunder.  Thankfully none of us were struck and all 14 of us completed the walk, which totalled 22 miles and 4,500 ft of ascent.
