A Handy Hike from Handforth. 29.12.2021 

Mud Mud, glorious Mud. Oh yes, we found it! Styal Park, Bollin Valley Way, Wilmslow Park, it was everywhere. Thick and slippery, the amazing bit was that noone fell, slipped or broke anything. Not even your scribe, honest! Peter must have offered Mince pies and Mulled Wine, because in addition to 6 South Manchester members, we had visitors from Merseystride and East and West Lancs groups. We even had a possible new member complete with friend, hope we see you both again Kay and Sam. 

A smashing day, just what the Doctor ordered. Clearly many needed to be out with boots on after a Xmas spent indoors. A slightly reduced mileage down to 10 miles to cope with the gloop underfoot. Well planned and run, thanks Peter from us all.
