Dales High Way to Arant Haw, Calders and The Calf then over to Bush Howe and Fell Head. Descend to Beck Houses Gate then Gate House and Brunt Sike. Pick up the Dales Way at Crook of Lune Bridge and follow it back to Sedbergh
