A circular route exploring Birmingham's extensive canal network, which includes Cole Valley Way, Grand Union, under Spaghetti Junction, Brindley Place, Soho Loop, Cadburys, Kings Norton Guillotine Lock and return to the rugby club

Ninety eight percent off road, with very few crossings, no stiles, flat & fast, whilst the back drop varies from rural arms of the country to industrial heritage and state of the art development. One tree per entrant planted with Birmingham Trees for Life

includes five checkpoints on main route that will supply food and drink (look out for the cake stop and help us judge our cake competition), hot drinks and meal on completion with a vegetarian option, showers, certificate and free parking
