Meeting outside the main entrance of Old Hill train station - after the arrival of trains from Snow Hill (08.43) and Kidderminster (08.47)
Down the Dudley No 2 canal from Old Hill station - via Netherton and Merry Hill on the No 1 and 2 canals, leading into the Stourbridge canal to Stourton, then a left turn down the Staff & Worcs canal to Kidderminster.
One uphill section all day, right at the end of the walk
General Notes
Kidderminster and Old Hill stations are on the same line - trains to/from Birmingham Snow Hill, and Worcester.
The official practice walk for the Worc to Brum canal walk scheduled for 1st Sept.
