Route
From Langdon Hills Country Park, c.p behind Miller and Carter restaurant, postcode SS16 6HX
A circular walk through woods, a golf course, under the A13, down to the South Essex Marshes, to the Wat Tyler Heritage Park for morning break. Then following the Thames Estuary Pathway, across the marshes and creeks to Fobbing for a late lunch stop, in either the pub garden or churchyard. The final stretch back uphill through Langdon Country Park via Corringham
General Notes
There is an outdoor cafe, selling snacks and drinks, at the Wat Tyler Heritage Park, and plenty a picnic tables to sit at for morning break/ early lunch. The White Lion pub at Fobbing has a garden out back, for a late lunch stop or there is a churchyard across the road, if you prefer to eat there
