There will be a choice of walks of approx 10 miles and 6 miles in both the morning and afternoon

This year's Family and Friends Walks Day will be based at Hatfield Heath. We have use of the Village Hall car park, at least one toilet and hopefully use of the Hall itself for those who wish to sit down. And there is the lovely Village Green just opposite. There will be two morning and two afternoon walks of approximately 5 miles and 10 miles - giving you the opportunity to mix and match to cover total distances between 5 and 20 miles - ideal for newer members as well as long established members. And it’s an opportunity to bring your family along or to encourage your friends to see what you get up to most weekends. What we can provide catering-wise won’t be clear until after July 19th, but we’re hoping that we will be able to offer the usual light lunch of sandwiches and snacks and afternoon tea. If you are able to help by providing a trifle or other pudding or cakes for tea, please let Rita know.
