This walk is open to everyone, members and non members. Anyone not in the LDWA will need to provide contact details for the walk register. Parking at Yarrow Valley Park PR7 6DD just off the A581/Southport Road (near the big Chorley Tesco, marked on Google maps as Euxton Skate Park) Walking through - Astley Park, Chorley, Leeds Liverpool canal, Duxbury woods and Yarrow Valley park. Short break at 4.5 miles, please bring your own snacks/butties/drinks. Brew break at 7.5 miles at the Treeface Cafe where we will stop for refreshments (public toilets at the cafe)

LDWA Walks

The LDWA organises many challenge events and local group social walks, as well as listing many more organised by other organisations. Challenge events are normally between 20 and 100 miles and must generally be completed within a defined time limit. Social walks are normally led walks of around 20 miles.
