Hello

Thanks to those Groups that have already submitted a recipe or two for the LDWA Cookery Book.  There have been some fascinating and delicious looking contributions to date.

Almost half the Local Groups will now be included in the book, but it would be great to have more.  All you need to do is send me a recipe that is a favourite savoury, sweet or snack, perhaps prepared for a checkpoint or a finish meal, or a titbit to carry on the walk itself, or something that is traditional or local to your area.  Add in a little bit of text about the recipe, or the group, or the individual whose recipe it is and a photo - again can be the dish, the group or a photo of the area.  

We will be working on the copy for the book in the first week of January so that we can get everything to the publisher in time for a launch at the AGM at the beginning of March - so get those creative juices flowing and get that recipe to me by the end of December at the latest.
