Starting outside Balerno High School

We follow the Water of Leith to Leith Docks with a lunchtime stop at Saughton Park (for either your own packed lunch or a purchase from the cafe). Ending at Leith Docks. Return is via bus to Balerno

General Notes
Parking is available outside the school on Bridge Road or on Bavelaw Green which is just off Bridge Road. Return bus route takes approx 1 hour and will be advised on the day. NEWS FLASH: Due to the heavy rain this week water levels did rise on Friday. However, since then they have fallen back rapidly. So, the walk will be going ahead as planned
