BBN Holiday to the Isle of Man - 15th-19th August 2022

Roy Carter's walking week centred in Douglas on the Isle of Man - Monday 15th-Friday 19th August 2022

The five all-day walks  from Monday to Friday have been designed to start at around 09:30 and end at around 18:00.
There are no weekend walks planned which allows you time to travel and visit other parts of the island at your leisure.

Rooms are temporarily reserved at the Arrandale Hotel in Douglas.

It appears Gatwick or Birmingham are the only departure points to the IOM that are close to us.
And there is a 5-Day Short Break offer on the car ferry to keep costs down.
Note: No car is necessary when travelling to the IOM by plane or as a foot passenger on the ferry

LDWA Walks

The LDWA organises many challenge events and local group social walks, as well as listing many more organised by other organisations. Challenge events are normally between 20 and 100 miles and must generally be completed within a defined time limit. Social walks are normally led walks of around 20 miles.
