Rest at Wrest - Thursday 13th June 2019

15.2 miles,  7 walkers braved the weather forecast.  We  were joined  by a very interesting and knowledgeable companion - Aaron from Vermuyden Group.

We got a bit damp, but it was a most enjoyable day and certainly a very sociable lunch break, all sitting together under a huge umbrella at Wrest Park encouraging Terry's snail as it journeyed over then under our table.
Good fun.

LDWA Walks

The LDWA organises many challenge events and local group social walks, as well as listing many more organised by other organisations. Challenge events are normally between 20 and 100 miles and must generally be completed within a defined time limit. Social walks are normally led walks of around 20 miles.
