This year’s/last year’s Boxing Day walk begins with an ascent of Beacon Hill and Windmill Hill, then takes a creative route via Shelthorpe (near Loughborough), where a visit to the McDonald’s is an available option, Woodthorpe and Quorndon, before returning to Woodhouse Eaves
