Contact Us

This is for you to get in touch with us with a query, to send data or to report an error or a bug within the system. We welcome feedback about the data – please send us updates and corrections. If you have a query we give priority to requests from LDWA members, so if you are a member please provide your Membership Number.

If you want to contact us please use the enquiry/information form, ensuring you select between ‘Ask a question’, ‘Send information’ or ‘Report an Error’ and please include your return email address, as without this we will have no way to get back to you. You will first receive an automatic acknowledgement to your query, provided the email address is valid.

Please bear in mind that this service is provided by unpaid volunteers and so do not expect an instant reply to your message. Sometimes the volunteer handling queries may be away and you may have to wait some time for a reply. Some queries may involve research and may take time.

We do not deal with problems on individual footpaths; see FAQ's - Who is responsible for maintaining these routes – eg, putting up waymarkers etc?

Due to the existence of certain ‘SpamBots‘, parts of our mail system are becoming clogged with irrelevant advertising rubbish. In order to minimise this disruption we have introduced a version of the well known ‘CAPTCHA‘ security system. This system requires that you copy the letters from the picture into the ‘Security Text‘ widow prior to submission.

Note: all characters are capital letters (although the response may be in either case) and, if illegible, may be redrawn by clicking the refresh button.
